For Kardex Remstar's account PS Partner is looking for a Business Analyst Consultant. It is a full-time assignment during a parental leave.

Position description:

As a Business Analyst, you will prepare all business-related follow-ups/reporting in New Business, analyse the business consequences, communicate and present to the Regional Management Team. To a small degree, you will also assist the manager with internal administration. The Business Analyst is also responsible for the yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey based on the Questback tool.

The position holder is also the regional key-user for the new CRM system, Sales Force. This means to capture the system knowledge and business needs before the implementation, as well as to be the regional focal point for the users for operation questions during and after the implementation. The analysis preparation work performed today will be structured into the CRM system set-up in the future.

The position belongs to the North-East Europe region and reports to Regional Director who is located in Gothenburg.

Position requirements:

We believe that you have worked in a similar assignment before and have a university degree.

• Good Business understanding mainly from sales activities
• Good in IT tools usage for business analysis, such as MS Office and SAP
• Good English knowledge is a must
• Experience of Sales Force is a great advantage or other CRM systems
• Experience of working on distance from colleagues is of value
• Good analytical skill and project management
• Good communication and collaboration

Some travels will be required.

The position is a parental substitute for the period from June 2019. You can be placed in Gothenburg, Oslo or Stockholm.
