The role
As business analyst your focus will be to enable a fantastic product. A key person in development and operations - tasked with supporting design, execution, and active contribution to the product roadmap.
Your focus will be to analyze, break-down business requirements, and create smart and agile API platform to support our organization's ability to manage efficient data flow and exposure, which is a vital part of our connected ecosystem. You also will provide input for the implementation both in writing and as well as visualizations. You will closely work with our architect and the product owner to groom and refine the backlog and prepare them for development purposes.
You will also work in close collaboration with different stakeholders and other cross-functional product teams, giving you an opportunity to share your knowledge and ideas of improvements in a larger context.

Your profile
Most important of all is your personality and desire to drive a concept and refinement work supporting our goals. More than that we believe that you have extensive experience from working within requirement engineering, business analysis and designing API solutions. You are used to taking responsibility and have the ability to communicate on different levels within a large organisation.
We also believe you have:
A university degree in a relevant field and several years' experience of business analysis and stakeholder management. Experience from agile ways of working and are familiar with SAFe. Work structured with a strong drive. Easily establish good relationships with all types of people. Experience from the automotive industry is considered beneficial. Great knowledge and ability to create and present concepts and new ideas, both for technical specialists and people without technical knowledge. Have a valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen. Fluent in English - both written and spoken.
We believe you have strong business understanding and great relationship building skills.
