In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Be a part of driving regulatory compliance within Large Corporate & Institutions Regulatory Trade Reporting function!

• Delivering real change into Large Corporates & Institutions within the investment areas MIFID 2, MIFIR, EMIR, EMIR Refit, SFTR, and drive delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the lifecycle in accordance with the internal and external regulations and standards.

• Help to critically assess the operational Regulatory Reporting work processes in close collaboration with the team.

• Implementation of T&TR control framework and Definition of T&TR risk types.

• Daily monitoring and re-reporting of transactions.

• Communication preparation to Internal and External stakeholders on compliance status.

• Close collaboration with Large Corporates & Institutions Agile Value Streams to help manage their change agenda as they relate to internal and external technology.

• Work closely with the Operational reporting manager and the Agile Product Owner and external vendors regarding setting strategic roadmap in line with regulations.

• Driving the capture and definition of business requirements for development activities through interpreting Business needs and by writing Features and Stories.

• Contributing and continuously improving Lean-Agile ways of working.

• Help guide other members in the team to achieving both development features and operational target.

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.

• Self-starter - able to work independently and collaboratively in equal measure.

• Demonstrated process and flow experience and background in efficiency work.

• Understanding in Agile and Lean ways of working.

• Having a genuine interest in the Regulatory Reporting framework and experience in this area within financial services and instruments.

• Knowledge of Trading and Capital Markets products, alternatively a background within back-office functions or front office support functions.

• To be a team player and enjoy problem solving together with your colleagues. Good communication skills and enjoy representing the bank in discussions with external parties.
