The team Process Design & Development is a team of business analysts and automation developers being a support function to Klarna?s Operations/Service Center. Our job is to enable operational efficiency, scalability and risk mitigation. To succeed in this, we need the cleverest and most ambitious people on board - Are you up for the challenge?

Dynamics of the Role

As a Business Analyst you will be playing a central role in developing our ways of working globally. This means, together with our Global Process Owners, defining the scope and business value of initiatives for Operations. You will identify, analyze and facilitate creation of efficient processes, streamlined workflows and improved system support. You will also map current state processes, assess to be scenarios and address the gaps by specifying and driving the business requirements towards various development teams. Further will you be driving projects across business domains as well as being a Service Center stakeholder in global projects assessing the business impact and technical prerequisites.

So, who are you?

What it takes to be a Business Analyst in our highly collaborative and supportive team :

Degree in engineering, business or similar.
Minimum of three years of relevant work experience e.g. stakeholder management, requirements analysis, process development, functional project management, new system implementations
Ability to support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong communication skills in English e.g. facilitating workshops, interviews with stakeholders and delivering presentations
Experience in Customer Service is a merit
To succeed in this role you are a self-motivated doer, yet a prestige less team player with the ability to build network. You like working in a busy and dynamic team and enjoy managing many tasks at the same time as you are structured and have strong prioritization skills. While having a good understanding of the big picture you are not missing out on the details. Creative solutions trigger you as you are a solution oriented person who strives to identify and eliminate root causes of a problem. You enjoy the business challenges while having a deep technical understanding but most importantly, you have a strong can do attitude and willingness to learn new things required for getting the job done!
