The Absolut Company's head office is located in Liljeholmen, Stockholm, and the production facilities are in Åhus in Southern Sweden.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Brand Ambassador at The Absolut Company, you belong to the Advocacy & Education department, who are responsible for developing and delivering 'best in class' educational programs & experiences, to fuel and recruit passionate brand Advocates across the globe to the Absolut Vodka brand.
As a Brand Ambassador, you fully embody the values of the Absolut brand, forging connections to these audiences with authenticity, passion, credibility and influence to deliver compelling brand & product stories. As an integral part of the team, you will champion deep-rooted knowledge of all brand aspects, spanning from history, production, product, marketing, drinks and more. By amplifying & educating about Absolut, you will support to drive preference, brand awareness and improve quality measures for the brand. And ultimately, instill passion & pride in these audiences for working with and/or choosing the brand.
The main responsibility of this role is to host seamless & inspirational brand trainings, with particular focus on the signature Absolut Akademi - a four day 'Seed to Sip' experience in Skåne & Stockholm. Beyond this, you will host a variety of educational sessions in various forms, ranging from one-hour digital trainings to multi-day physical brand immersions. This includes supporting to develop new trainings & materials, as well as planning for larger group visits, and evaluating & evolving existing programs.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• In depth knowledge and passion for the spirits industry
• Experience working within the hospitality industry (hotel/restaurant/bar or equivalent)
• Capability in hosting educational trainings
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge working with the Office tools

Salary: According to agreement
