In this position, your main responsibilities will be:
Operational responsibility for our Swedish branch in Helsingborg
Maintain and develop customer relationships
Optimization of the logistics through own vehicle fleet and subcontractors
Create offers, monitor the shipments and manage the deadlines
You manage a team of currently 4 employees
Your profile
You have a degree in logistics management, supply chain, business or similar. You are a logistics expert with very good geographic knowledge of Europe. You also have at least 5 years experience in operational logistics. Experience in sales or customer related work is an advantage. You have experience in building, developing and leading a team. Your English skills are good, German language skills are advantageous.
As a person, you are structured, efficient and thorough and can at the same time manage several tasks. You are a leader with an open and social personality. You also need to be service- and solution oriented. It is also important that you are goal oriented and strive to create a high quality in what you do. You need to feel comfortable in a fast paced environment where one day is not like the next.

You will be situated in our office at Karbingatan in Helsingborg. The position will be appointed according to agreement, but preferably as soon as possible.
