Assistant Store Manager
We are looking for a person with a passion for gaming, games and game accessories, who's ready for the challenge to take our store in Erikslunds Shopping Center to the next level!

As Assistant Store Manager, you share the daily responsibility of the management of the store alongside the Store Manager. In close collaboration with your employees, you provide excellent service to our customers and ensure that the store is ready for sale, GameStop's guidelines are followed and that our products are presented in the best possible way. To be a successful Assistant Store Manager in GameStop you will need to be driven by sales and motivated by developing awesome talent in your store team!
Our ideal Assistant Store Manager will have the following attributes:
• Be a champion for customer service - Developing a "sales through service" culture with the specific aims of retaining existing customers, attracting new customers
• Ability to drive sales, footfall and team KPIs
• Motivation and ability to work on own initiative and have great collaboration skills to work well with the Store Manager
• Ability to maintain a clean, well-organized and properly merchandised store at all times
• Compliance and accountability - Ensuring that all policies, procedures and controls are followed at all times.
Our Assistant Store Manager will come with:
• Minimum of 3-5 years retail experience
• Passion, a great work ethic with an adaptable and resilient approach
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in high pressured situations
