We are looking for a Business Development Manager, Engineering and Industrial Services ? Nordics, for various Customers in Engineering Sectors across Nordics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an individual position to deliver on Business targets for the Engineering services portfolio like revenue, OBV, TCS, new logos, Gross margin etc.
Develop tractions with the new customers as well as grow engineering services solutions across existing TCS customers in Nordics region.
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same.
Develop and manage TCS? relationship with the Customers at all levels.
Work in matrix organization to achieve new business growth
Create presentations in line with customer requirements, value proposition on engineering offerings
Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response
Present TCS relevant offerings, solutions to the customer group, identify these stakeholders within customer organization across Nordics and create win- win proposition
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering and relevant qualification in Engineering services across multiple industries.
Min 12 years of experience in Engineering services sales and new business development
Fluent in English
Experience in various engineering offerings, sales, pre-sales with global delivery model structure
Experience of working with CXO, Business team and engineering directors level Demonstrated experience in generating product/ consulting revenue of $ 5M-30M in new business
