Work duties
We are looking for an engaged coworker to our customer support department at King. The work is mainly towards the outsourced customer support in Belfast, the work also includes second line customer support handling technical problem, fraud and payout administration.
Assist in customer support routine and customer support system enhancements.
The work is mainly by email, but on occasion also by phone. We are looking for a person able to handle Swedish and English language fluently, and it is on the credit side if you also speak any other language.
Education/Experience
We are looking for you who have an excellent ability of understand consistency and come up with solutions, which is necessary in the daily handle of the service. Matters of high complexity and sensitivity often arise and as a result, you need to be excellent at solving problems and able to meet the customers on their level. Great ability in taking care of customer relations and always end ongoing matters is needed.
You have a great power of initiative, being self going and flexible. You are able to rank in order of priority and have good adaptability. It is of the outermost importance that you have a great interest for the assignment and that you are engaged for the role and works well with the team.
You have previous experience from service occupations working with customer support. You have excellent communicative skills and you must master the required languages both in speaking and writing.
We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education and have a few years of working experience and previous experience from service occupations working with customer support. You have good general computer knowledge and are used to work in customer administration system. You are also used to internet and we would love if you have interest in games!
Starting/Location
Immediately, located in pleasant surroundings in the King.com's office in Stockholm.
Terms of employment/Work hours
Permanent, full time
