AXA is looking for a Multi-Channel Manager with Nordic responsibility

AXA recently bought Genworth Lifestyle Protection, including its business in the Nordic region, and at the same time created the new division AXA Partners; a new business unit within the AXA Group whose purpose is to develop and promote the sales of insurance products through well-known cooperation partners with strong brands and large customer bases. Today we work mainly with partners in the banking and financial sector but have ambitious targets for growing also in other segments as we roll out AXA Partner’s full product offering.

We are now looking for a Nordic Multi-Channel Manager to drive the B2B2C direct sales of our insurance products using a mix of channels. In the roll as Multi-Channel Manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing, executing and following up on direct sales campaigns, which you will do in close cooperation with the Account Managers and our business partners. You will be based in our Stockholm office, where we are around 20 people, but work across all the Nordic markets. As this is a new role you will have the opportunity to influence and design the direct- and cross sales strategy for the region including what channels, products and solutions to use to support that strategy. In the short term it will however be important that you assume full responsibility for the existing telemarketing channel to ensure highest possible efficiency and profitability, while at the same time leading the transformation from telemarketing as a standalone channel to combining that with other channel solutions.

To qualify for this position we think you have the following experience and qualifications:

         Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant area
         Experience in telemarketing and/or direct marketing, preferably in the financial or insurance market, with knowledge of multi-channel distribution and can demonstrate concrete sales results from that.
         Proactive with excellent planning and capacity management skills
         Team player and demonstrable inter-personal & communication skills
         Analytical skills and excellent ability to structure strategic requirements in an international environment
         Great skills in interacting / negotiating with individuals at all levels
         Excellent oral and written skills in English with good command of defined local languages necessary
         Good PC’s skills (PowerPoint / Word / Excel)
         Excellent presentation skills
         Be available to travel as required across the Nordic region visiting both our regional offices and local providers.
