For our client we are looking for an Awareness Training Specialist. we are looking for a person to drive the development of the Awareness program within Data Privacy and Cybersecurity. You will drive and develop new and existing awareness trainings which are both web based and classroom trainings for all internal staff at our client. In your daily work, you will work closely with the Cyber security and Data Privacy team as well as Communications team and Internal Academy manager.
You will become part of the central Cybersecurity team (10+ people) and your manager is your CISO. You will drive the core activities of assuring that the organization is resilient to cyber threats and has capabilities in place to act if needed. Work will be including:
• Leading the development of trainings with the support of domain experts.
• Create content and training material.
• Collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assess and translate new requirements.

Qualifications
• You have experience of cyber security.
• You have experience from content and training material creation.
• You have trainer and/or teacher experience.
• You have project management skills.
• You have experience from leading similar development and projects.
• You are fluent in English, both oral and writing.

Salary
Salary, as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start in September and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-12-31.
