We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Pre-Collection Officer to the Consumer Finance department at Avida in Stockholm.

To do's
In the role as Pre-Collection Officer, your main job will be to actively work with customers with payment difficulties to help them reach a sustainable solution. You will also be responsible for customer monitoring, administration and contact with the external collection agency in Finland.
At Avida there are great opportunities to participate in and influence the business. Part of your role will consist of working with the head of department, to build, develop and improve the processes linked to pre-collection.
Are You the one?
For this role, we are looking for those who have previous experience of pre-collection and / or collection business where you have worked close to the end-user/ consumer. To succeed in the role, you need to be solution-oriented, accurate and flexible.
We are looking for you who are comfortable in a role with many and varied contact areas and who is able to independently pick up solutions in relation to the demands placed on the business.
Since this role will primarily work towards our Finnish business, you need to be able to communicate freely in both Finnish and Swedish as well as have very good knowledge of English, both in speech and writing.
