We are now looking for an ambitious, curious, and highly collaborative colleague with experience in portfolio and capacity management to join the team within Global Portfolio and Project Management (GPPM) BioPharma Business Planning and Operations (BPO) in Gothenburg.
You will support the Global Portfolio and Project Management (GPPM) BioPharma Business Planning and Operations (BPO) team and will primarily support the business operations of the BioPharma resource councils and the GPPM BioPharma resource and capacity management. The Associate Director Capacity Management will work closely with the Head of BPO and the Pipeline and Capacity Management Director to ensure effective data management, tracking and reporting of resource and portfolio data.
What you 'll do
Typical Accountabilities
* Management of monthly heatmaps [setting up with correct prioritization, ranking, next milestones with dates]
* Management of Business cycle heatmaps [RBUs, LTP, and MTP]
* Support BioPharma resource councils and functional representatives with capacity planning and any reporting and visualization needs
* Create comprehensive views when needed to support decision making
* Design and implement procedures that will reduce manual work across multiple resource council teams
* Build and maintain consistent ways to store information across all 3 BioPharma resource councils
* Reconciling FTE demand, actuals, supply, and resource allocation data from the Capacity Management reporting system
* Facilitate GPPM BioPharma functional algorithm review, development, implementation and update as applicable
* Ensure data quality in the capacity management systems
Essential requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification in relevant discipline
* Familiar with capacity and/or portfolio management systems e.g PLANIT/Planisware, Capit, Assigner or MYTIME
* Data analysis
* Experienced in creating simple reports from large data sets for simple interpretation
* Technically strong with advanced knowledge and experience of working with Excel specifically for data analysis
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
