Our client is a global company. They are one of the world's leading companies in their industry. For their office in Stockholm, Kista, we are now looking for a Assistant Financial Controller. Your role
In your role as a Assistant Financial Controller you will handle the whole AP process for our client in Denmark. It is meritorious if you can work from Denmark but we are open for those who can work from for instance Sweden and might have experience in Denmark.
The role includes being responsible for our clients vendor payments and to ensure that the process from invoice posting to actual payment works smoothly. A big part of this role is to be the first point of contact for their SSC (Shared Service Center) that post the invoices but also for business when it comes to review/approval of invoices.
Main tasks and responsibilities
• Support to the shared service center (SSC) and the companies AP requests
• Mass upload of AP invoices
• Manual payments such as taxes, proforma invoices
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Payment proposals - done twice/week

This is an full time position. We hope you can start as soon as possible.
Your qualifications
We beleive you have very good Excel knowledge and is comfortable to speak/write in English. You have at least 2 years of experience from similar tasks and can work independently.
It is meritorious if you have experience of SAP and have been working for an international/large company before.
On top of this we hope you are service minded and are a great team player.
