Dina Arbetsuppgifter
You pro-actively develop and implement BU sales strategy locally, to generate sustainable and profitable growth in your area. The products you mainly will sell in the Nordics are Smart Cards: e.g. Converged badges or SIS cards. Additionally you identify and qualify opportunities to enhance our footprint and push high-value solutions (such as OTP - One Time Password) as well.
You make profitable business with new customers, as well as maintain and expand the reach within existing ones. Business will primarily go through local or global partners; you are meant to make respectful and ethical business with them.
You conduct actions to ensure and improve customer satisfaction.
New business acquisition focus
Acquire new businesses as well as new well selected and motivated partners.
Build or help channel partners build commercial proposals and associated commitments (legal, commercial and technical) in collaboration with support functions and management, and according to authority limits.
Also use your own social network to establish new business and partners.
You should be experienced and comfortable with closing deals and negotiating.
Existing customer development
You will be responsible for all internal and external contact with key accounts and channel partners. Make sure Customer's and/or Partner's needs are fully addressed and appropriate resources are allocated.
With the global accounts you need to been as a trusted advisor.
You will be accountable for all the revenue streams generated by your customers.
Channel Partner Management
Prepare and present channel plans and sales strategy for targeted large accounts.
Coordinate internal resources to execute against account plan.
Maximize revenue in line with quarterly and yearly objectives.
Establish good relationships on a strategic level.
Business development
Detect, select, and convince relevant consultants, influencers and partners in your territory / market segments.
Propose a business and action plan in line with your objectives.
Establish and maintain transparent reporting within CRM regarding your activities with all players on the market.
Sponsor and help develop technical and sales partnerships with third parties in order to enlarge the sales opportunities.
Improve Gemalto's reach by actively participating in events, webinars, and trade shows etc.
Din Profil
Business or engineering degree, or post-graduate degree
3-5 years' experience in B2B sales within IT field.
Personal abilities:
As a person you are very result driven but also a team player. You work very structurally and have a positive attitude to changes. You have good communication skills both oral and written. You are responsive, curious, and enthusiastic.
You are used to working with deadlines and are a good listener and have a business-like approach.
You are self-motivated, resourceful and committed. You have good communication skills. Most importantly you are targeted with strong drive and ability to see solutions. Maybe you want to become a leader some day?
