The Mondelez International Customer Services & Logistics teams put the right products in the right place at the right time, so supplies never run out. Different teams do different things but all with one aim in mind - making sure their service is as loved as their brands.
Mondelez International is now looking for an Area Manager Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) Nordic and Sweden who will be responsible for leading and develop the customer service and logistics operations in the Nordic organisations.
The position of Area Manager CS&L Nordic and Sweden reports to the Vice President CS&L Europe placed in Zürich and is part of the Nordic Management team. The position has a close collaboration with the Lead Managing Director Nordic who is as well Managing Director for the Swedish organisation. The position is also in close cooperation with the Managing Directors in Norway, Denmark and Finland. The Area Manager CS&L Nordic and Sweden is responsible for an organisation with 90 employees. The Nordic countries have separate organisations that focus on respective customer service and logistic organisation in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Six positions directly reports to the Area Manager CS&L Nordic and Sweden and three positions has a dotted line to the position.
Publiceringsdatum2013-10-03Dina arbetsuppgifterThe Area Manager CS&L Nordic and Sweden have a strategic responsibility for the customer service, planning, sales forecast and logistic operation in the Nordic. The position has also an expressed responsibility for the CS&L operation in the Swedish market. The Area Manager CS&L Nordic and Sweden is liable for planning and compiles the supply and demand in the Nordic markets. The holder of the position actively contributes to create an efficient collaboration between different functions to achieve the defined goals within customer service and logistics.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• budget, cost liability, cost control and forecast
• team development
• supply chain development
• drive IBP implementation in the Nordic
• PCM (Product Change Management)
• lead cross functional teams to meet the revenue, volume, growth, productivity, quality goals and priorities
• operative responsibility for handling orders analytical as well as strategic
• responsible for continuous improvements within customer service, logistics, delivery and productivity
• communicating service level demands and on-going/upcoming supply chain projects to the sales organisation.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
As Area Manager CS&L Nordic and Sweden it's demanded that you have solid experience and knowledge within logistics, sales and marketing. In former positions you've had formal staff liability with directly reporting employees and proven leadership skills. You must also have great business partner experience and pronounced knowledge of logistics and customer service as a whole process. Experience in FMCG supply chain in large Multinational Corporations and strong understanding of customer and market dynamics is significant. A key competence in the role is the understanding of the complexities of cross-functional collaboration. It is essential that you are competent and comfortable in analysing constraints in the supply chain and have an ability to develop an effective communication between different functions.
Personal skills which are important in the role as Area Manager CS&L Nordic and Sweden are structured, open-minded and communicative as well as having a holistic perspective. In addition to this you are also strategic, result oriented, humble, and create relations.
As a candidate you have a University degree or equal e.g. Business, Marketing, Finance or Engineering. It's significant that you speak English fluently and speaks one of the Nordic languages.
The position is located in the Mondelez SE office in Upplands Väsby.
