We are now looking for an Account Manager in Immunology for a temporary assignment. You will cover Western, Central or Northern part of Sweden and will be dealing with University Hospitals in this region. Ideal candidate would have experience in working with specialists in this area.
The assignment which is full-time will start in June 2016 with the duration to 31 December 2016, with possible extension. Selections and interviews are held on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
Publiceringsdatum2016-06-08Dina arbetsuppgifterThe role of the AAM is to deliver set sales targets by executing the Country Plans as the key local coordinator of cross-functional initiatives. Look for opportunities with customers in common projects. Active communication to and from customers to guide the Immunology Team with information and insights from local markets. The AAM also act as an ambassador for the wider company.
Key areas of responsibility:
• High external/customer focus.
• Develops and executes account plans and projects according to LVT, CVT, IBVT and Nordic strategies
• Aligns activities targeted towards key stakeholders.
• Ensures cross-functional collaboration around the stakeholders.
• Allocates resources e.g. budgets/time across designated stakeholders, taking into account segmentation and targeting criteria.
• Initiates and drive the development of a 12-18 month rolling plan for the region.
• Initiates, drives and supports customer projects.
• Seeks to identify insights, unmet needs and potential value pools.
• Establishes network of stakeholders and external contacts to identify mutually beneficial business opportunities.
• Analyses and interprets stakeholders strategies/plans and data from CRM and other sources where necessary.
• Sales analysis on a regional level.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The right candidate fulfills following criteria:
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience from life sciences/healthcare industry.
• Experience and existing networks in the field of Immunology is highly desirable.
• Ability to actively drive collaboration.
• Has a documented record of reaching stretched targets.
• Ability to build trust with external stakeholders.
• Awareness of customer preferences and requirements.
• Deep insights on market dynamics and new ways of working.
