We are looking for a Commercial Finance Executive to join our ambitious team at our snus operations and product development unit in Malmö.
You will be part of a team of 4 and work on both daily tasks but also on challenging projects.

Works in partnership with the business to:*Translate strategies into plans and budgets, providing commercial insights relating to future performance
• Manage and coordinate the provision of structured and insightful analysis of financial and non-financial data in order to influence and enable strategic financial decisions.
• Finance business partners will support one or more functions be aligned with one or more functions including Supply Chain, Leaf and Factory finance, Marketing etc.
Key Deliverables:*Costs: Variance Analysis, Write off / Waste management, savings and productivity benefit
• Direct / Indirect Cashflow: Working Capital management (e.g. Stock Duration, AP, AR, etc)
• CAPEX / Depreciation / Assets management & registering
• Management Finance & KPIs Reporting (experience with HFM / BPC is a plus)
• Coordinate Budget Process
• Engage and calculate costs for NPIs (new products introduction)
• Build Business Cases
• Interface Sales / Production volumes to Finance Reality
• Develop / Manage Ad Hoc Projects
• Degree educated with professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA)
• Experience in an FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
• Experience dealing with stakeholders
• Strong Financial Business skills
• Actively seeking responsibility and is result driven
• Organized (day to day but also the way of thinking / communicating)
• A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, specifically Excel.
• BPC / NAV / SAP is highly desirable
• Holistic view, e.g. supply chain and marketing would be an advantage
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and present it in an accurate and relevant format
• Challenge the status quo and open to change
• Rational decision making, analytical and systematic problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
