We are working in Group Finance, leading the Global Finance Business Service within Source to Pay and Order to Cash, we are at the heart of this change. We have our Business Service teams in Södertälje, Bangalore, Guangdong, and Krakow.

Position: AR Specialist
In this role, you will optimize cash flow, manage credit control, and oversee Scania Receivables within SFPC. You will take a leading role in innovating and designing end-to-end AR processes, strengthening governance, and developing key performance indicators. Monitoring overdues, ensuring timely actions, and increasing transparency for stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will optimize the AR shared service team's efficiency and play a crucial role in the AR setup for our future ERP (S4/H). You will propose and harmonize AR processes across Scania, analyse large datasets to identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Communicating complex analyses to various stakeholders and continuously improving data analysis tools and methods will also be key aspects of your role.
Qualifications: We are looking for someone with a relevant degree in finance or equivalent experience, 3-5 years in customer ledger or similar roles, strong accounting principles, ERP systems knowledge, excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in English and Swedish, both verbal and written, is essential.
