We strongly believe in local presence and localization of our product and services why it is essential that product and its support will be communicated in the local language, adjusted and translated to the conditions of the local market.
During the spring of 2012 Apsis Sweden AB will be established in the German/DACH market and the role of the Business Partner will be to establish Apsis in their region, to take an active part in sales and in building a successful sales team in each region.
You will initially work very close to our Business Partner Manager (based in Sweden) with the aim of becoming independent as soon as possible.
Your focus the first months will be on sales and to create an understanding of the company and its services. Gradually you will be responsible for a team of sales staff and run and own the local operations in full. As a Business Partner you will also be able to influence and manage the daily work in the region and will get a great opportunity to being entrepreneurial and creative.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, service-minded problem solver and team player with proven sales results in his/her earlier career. Today you work as a Key Account Manager, Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager and have experience in managing personnel and are ready to develop further and grow as a professional.

You should also be able to instruct, train, lead and motivate a team and foremost be willing to make an effort and put in the time required to make your region one of Apsis top sales markets.
We are looking for Business Partners to be based in any of the following regions in Germany/DACH area:
North - Hamburg/Hannover
East - Berlin
South - Munich/Stuttgart
West - Dusseldorf
Austria
Switzerland
Knowledge in basic web communication and a good general IT understanding is an advantage but is not necessary.
Other needs are:
stable financial situation
languages, German and English ( English is for internal communication)
