hela Sverige As Application Specialist Industry you will be the expert on our products and responsible for planning and performing customer trainings on bioMérieux Industry products as well as the continuous follow up of the customers use of the product. You will provide product support both on and off site (trouble shooting, complaint handling). You are expected to travel to customers on a weekly basis and check the status of the product together with the customer.
You make sure the customer has all the relevant information and that all relevant information from the customer about our products is registered according to our procedures.
As we are ISO 9001 certified it is very important to abide by the regulations, for example for registering and handling customer complaints, questions and suggestion of improvements.
In order to provide good training and support to our customers you need to be able to understand our products at a technical level, have good teaching skills and be thorough in your work towards the company and the customer.
You will be an important asset contributing to the Nordic Industry Team. You will report directly to the Application Specialist Manager Northern Europe Cluster based in UK.
You will travel within other Nordic countries and potentially across Northern Europe countries.
Profile, Desirable background and personal characteristics
• Experience from an industrial laboratory (in Food or Pharma sector) or other public health care sector
• Very good IT skills - knowledge of LIS programming and/or network set up would be meriting.
• University degree in microbiology or laboratory science
• Fluent in Swedish and English- both written and spoken. Language skills in any other Nordic language is creditable
• Driving license is mandatory (company car will be provided)
• Personal profile characterized by customer focus, result focus, solution orientation and service minded approach
• Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
• Self-driven and innovative
• Flexibility to travel at short notice
• You will be based either in the Swedish bioMérieux office located in Göteborg or in a home office in the Nordic countries.
