Application Expert SAP SuccessFactors

If you come work with us you will be a part of a central team within our IT organization, as the Application Expert for SuccessFactors. Working closely with internal stakeholders and process owners, you are expected to deliver a trouble-free and effective solution to our end-users. Included in the role is interaction with both suppliers and other external stakeholders. This role will offer you an unique opportunity to network in a truly global organization, present in over 130 countries.

Your day-to-day work
To actively drive and support the global roll out of the SAP SuccessFactors application within SKF.
To work with application configuration to follow both a global standard that at the same time supports local requirements and local legislation. This is done via close collaboration with business where you transform business requirements to application solutions.
To act as 4th line support as a Subject Matter Expert for the application.
To support in daily ad-hoc tasks and administrative routines such as processing data requests, ensuring and following up on integration issues, and problem solving.


Your profile
Preferably previous experience with the SAP SuccessFactors application, or other HR applications.
Proven background from IT, preferably working with Cloud solutions, at least as an Administrator/ Superuser role including configuration.
Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent education.
Experience from similar role is considered as a merit.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
