About the job The teams Release & Integration and Performance test strive to make it as easy as possible for all teams in the Value Streams to deliver customer value in a fast, stable and secure way. Digitalization of our software development has just started and you as APO will play a critical role in this journey.
As an APO you will be considered to be a leader who has responsibility for securing delivery of appropriate, high quality and reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle. The role consists of working with colleagues from both Sweden and the Baltic countries. You conduct your work the agile way, ensuring that we efficiently do the right things with the goal to provide customer satisfaction and new business opportunities. The teams are filled with talented and committed people and is self- going with lots of freedom to focus on the things that create most value. There are exiting challenges and possibilities for proactive professional development.
In the Agile Product Owner role you will be responsible for:
Ensure that the backlog is in place: items are created, acceptance criteria's are defined and items are understandable for the team
Prioritize items in the backlog - find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle, regulatory etc. items
Ensure that agreed investments opportunities/MVPs from the value stream roadmap are delivered
Manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries
Plan and estimate the work together with the team and have fun while doing it
What you need to succeed To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about digitalization and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. This means that in addition to having knowledge about digital innovations and customer behaviors, you also have to be willing to learn from others as well as share your own knowledge and experiences.
You will fit right in the team, if you take initiative, are innovative, drive work together with your team members and have experience in agile way of working. High motivation, proactive mentality and good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, are important. It is an advantage if you have knowledge in Swedish language. You also have a relevant Academic degree within the area.
