hela Sverige A global leader in the home furnishing retail industry is evolving its digital CORE retail offering by implementing a new cloud-based Integration Platform - designed to enable seamless connectivity between internal systems, retail solutions, and global supply networks. As this platform continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Agile Team Lead to drive its development forward by fostering high-performing teams, championing agile principles, and securing outcome-focused delivery.
This is a full-time assignment starting as soon as possible and running until August 31, 2025, with potential for extension. The role is based in Malmö, with a hybrid setup of 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder remote.
About the role:You will lead a cross-functional, cloud-focused platform team responsible for developing and scaling a modern integration infrastructure. Working in close collaboration with platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders, your mission is to create an agile, empowered, and technically aligned team that delivers high-impact integration solutions. Your leadership will directly support the realization of measurable business outcomes and platform reliability.
Responsibilities: Align team delivery with platform strategy and business outcomes through goal-oriented sprint planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to define team goals, release scopes, and success metrics
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
Ensure work items are structured and continuously prioritized for value delivery
Drive continuous improvements across practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps
Track KPIs such as integration success rates, platform uptime, and latency
Visualize and communicate progress via dashboards and transparent reporting
Foster psychological safety and team accountability through supportive leadership
Coach the team on agile methodologies, cross-functionality, and ownership mindset
Lead outcome-based retrospectives to enable learning and adaptation
Partner with product owners, architects, and integration leads to align delivery
Support decision-making with clear insights on delivery status and strategic trade-offs
About you:
You are an experienced Agile Team Lead or Scrum Master who thrives in a high-paced, complex environment. You've moved beyond process facilitation and into outcome-based delivery leadership, guiding teams to work autonomously while staying aligned with business value. With a strong grasp of agile methodologies and a good understanding of technical concepts related to cloud-based systems and integrations, you help translate strategy into meaningful team action. You lead with empathy, build trust, and foster ownership across your teams, all while keeping an eye on the real-world impact of the solutions being delivered.
Experience and skills: Proven experience leading agile software development teams in complex environments
Strong knowledge of modern agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and agile coaching
Technical understanding of cloud-based platforms and system integrations
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar
Experience with outcome-based planning, KPIs, and continuous delivery pipelines
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable working in hybrid teams and cross-functional settings
Fluent in English, both spoken and written

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
