Perido is now looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. This position is placed at their office in Stockholm.

As an Administrative Assistant you will take on a broad and exciting role to support the Procurement Section's processes and workflows. You will have an ever-changing workday that offers various tasks, including:
• Providing general administrative and clerical assistance
• Administrate correspondence and notifications to tenderers and contractors
• Manage electronic and paper documentation; scan and archive documents according to procurement archiving policies
• Respond to queries and requests with a high level of service attitude, tact, discretion and confidentiality
• Perform any other tasks assigned by you supervisor

To be successful and enjoy this role you need organisational and administrative skills as well as a good sense of confidentiality and discretion. You have the ability to work under pressure and manage responsibilities, and organise work accordingly. We believe that you have a great interest in establishing relationships with team members, colleagues and external resources. Required qualifications
• Post-secondary education
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a multicultural working environment
• Excellent skills in preparing correspondence and other documentation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Meritorious
• Basic knowledge of procurement/financial workflows is an advantage

Contract type and hours
Full time assignment until 2017-12-31 with possible extension. Start as soon as possible.
