RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
Main responsibilities of this position will include performing various data entry activities, setting up accounts in systems, preparing data and reports, keeping financial records, preparing bills and delivering high-quality customer service. Seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong math skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently, reliable and an excellent communicator.
Enter data and maintain records such as invoices, tax certificates and other data
Setup new user accounts and maintain records in the system
Review documents for compliance to policies such as travel requests
Reconcile, research and resolve discrepancies related to data entered into various systems
Processes and/or oversees the processing of financial/business forms.
Checks, corrects and maintains a variety of financial and other business records and documents
Answers inquiries and provides information to the Finance and other company staff
Prepares or assists in preparing various financial or administrative reports.
Processes requisitions for purchases.
May initiate new procedures in accounting/business systems.
Communicate effectively with vendors, customers and colleagues
Willing to assist with other administrative tasks within the Finance & Accounting Department

Required - 2 or more years in A/R billing or other data entry experience
Required- Competency in MS Office suite, specifically Word and Excel
Required- Associate degree
Required- Ability to prioritize and multitask
