Job DescriptionTo our client we are now looking for an Administrative Assistant! In the role you willensure high quality, process alignment and proper documentation according to SOPs in relation to outlined administrative tasks. This includes managing administration for HPR payments, Sponsorships, Auscultations, other Fee For Service agreements within Business Operations as well as act as support for Managing Director for tasks such as calendar management and expense reporting.
The Administrative Assistant manages administration, documentation and communication related to above outlined areas, collaborating internally and externally to ensure process adherence and finalization of tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications You have a bachelor's degree in relevant field.
You have 1-3 years of work experience in comparable role.
You have strong skills in Microsoft Office.
Experience from healthcare, pharmaceutical or similar industry is preferred.
Experience of working with financial and/or CRM systems is preferred.
You are fluent in English and Swedish in speech and writing.

To thrive in the role of Administrative Assistant you are structured and process-oriented. You have great organizational skills and a proactive and independent way of working. You demonstrate strength in quickly grasping and mastering new tasks and systems.

SalaryAs agreed.
Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start as soon as possibleand the assignment is expected to run for 1 year with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
