Required Skills
Billing
Contract handling
Customers service
Various AR tasks such as payment reminders, bankruptcy handling, and credit check
Master data update, set up of new accounts, and cancelations
Reporting
Processing of AP invoices
Handling incoming post (vendor invoices, official documentation from diver's authorities, company letters)
Required Experience
To succeed in the role, you should have:
2-3 year experience in a similar role (for example back office support, office administration, or AR-AP background, eventually billing background.
Knowledge of any ERP system
Basic knowledge of Microsoft package (Word document, Excel, Outlook)
Previous working experience in an international company
Fluent in Swedish and English (C1 level)
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Ability to prioritize incoming queries and organize yourself
Team spirit
Customer service oriented
