Head of ADM & Testing Offering

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Business responsibility for sales engagement and regional offering ADM & Testing Offering
• Presales ? Business assignment fulfillment (select/approve Core3 in tenders)
• Frequent contributor to industry thought leading events and marketing campaigns in Domain
• Lead respective Domains with special focus on new growth areas and Hunting through CU/Account Manager IT & Cloud
• Liaise with and provide feedback to IT & Cloud PA ADM&MS IT, and ADM & Testing sub-PA, on service roadmaps, solutions & offerings
• Drive new offering readiness and promote global portfolio & knowledge re-use with Regional support from ITC SL ADM, ITO & BPO RECA LT Members (ADM RTC).
• Act as SPOC from ITC ADM, ITO & BPO CU Leads to mobilize Regional Offering Teams
• Act as primary contact for Sales Funnel, growth plan and financial performances towards BU IT&Cloud - sub PA ADM & Testing (related portfolio/offering scope).
• Key contributor in SDPx and competitive customer offers in main regional tenders within the offering / portfolio domain.
• Leadership of Engagement Managers, principle consultants, Program Directors, ADM Delivery Managers in the ADM & Testing offering people
• Build, develop, retain and hire and strategic competences in sales engagement resource pool (ADM & Testing offering Team).

Education Requirements:

• University degree in Business or Engineering / ICT.

Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in managerial positions within the telecom and/or ICT industry
• Extensive experience in pre-sales support and customer engagement at C level
• Well proven ability to transform customer requirements and expectations at high level into a solution that can be realized as a customer engagement.
• Excellent consulting and proven business creation skills
• Senior capability in managing and driving change
• Ability to attract, develop and retain competence
• Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and creating synergies
• Ability to manage relationships at the highest level within Ericsson as well as the customer organization.
• Strong driver of one Ericsson.

Competence:

• People leadership, senior capability in managing and driving change in an organization with multiple customers
• Strong cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal communications and networking skills
• Thought leadership and commercial understanding as needed to identify short and long term business priorities
• Very strong business and innovation mind
• Strong competence, expertize and background in major ADM deals, including outsourcing
• Lead by example
