We are looking for a Nordic Marketing Manager - Outdoor to Internetstores, including the brands Addnature and Campz. If you are a highly motivated person with your heart in the outdoors, who wants to be part of our new way of doing things, you surely don't want to miss out on this opportunity!
What it's all about
At Internetstores we are restructuring. We are for example dividing the business into two separate business areas, Outdoor and Bike. The Outdoor business area today contains of two brands, Addnature and Campz. One of our main goals with this change is to get closer to our target groups to increase the customer satisfaction and the size of our customer base.
A very important part of achieving this goal is to create a new Outdoor marketing structure, including recruiting you for the position as Nordic Marketing Manager. The aim with your role is to implement and execute the marketing plan for Addnature and Campz in the Nordic region. Your location will be our Stockholm office and you will report to the European Marketing Manager at the German headquarters.
What your tasks will be
• Responsible for implementing and executing the Europe-wide outdoor marketing program in the Nordic market
• Conduct market analysis and define, develop and execute a regional marketing Go-To-Market plan
• Achieve and elevate targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs
• Evaluate ROI of marketing programs and initiatives using quantitative data
• Coordinate brand communications across Nordic markets with help from our communications team
• Represent the outdoor brands vision, promises, architecture & tone in the Nordic region.
• Drive consumer engagement via digital/mobile/social platforms
• Build and maintain marketing & brand partnerships with industry and non-industry partners on a regional level
• Domestic and international travel in the market, as required ( 20%)
What you should bring to the job
• Extensive experience in Brand Management or Marketing
• Extensive experience in Brand Management and advertising campaigns
• Experience in the outdoor-sports industry or a similar industry, a network in this area and region would be a plus
• Fluent in English, additional languages like Swedish, German or French would be a plus
• Influence and motivation, together with an entrepreneurial mindset
