We are looking for a structured Activity Plan Manager with a strong drive for marketing, sales and fashion to join our team.


Job Description

In this role you will gather, coordinate, evaluate and prioritize content for the activity plan including activities for all marketing and sales channels (Social Media, Performance Marketing, PR, Newsletter, store, online etc.). You will be working in close collaboration with different departments, in order to achieve the best activities for our customers and to maximize the selling and brand awareness.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
In close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Assortment, base the activity plan upon the commercial plan and strategically drive the activities to meet new challenges and opportunities
Secure a balance between brand building activities as well as react short time to meet selling tendencies and trends
In close collaboration with merch team, secure timings of products for each campaign/activity
Coordinate day to day assets with all local markets as well as franchise partners
Be the commercial and coordinating link between Buying, Marketing and Sales.
Support teams within Marketing and Sales department in content planning and order of assets
Be up to date with competitor and customer analysis and give input and action to brand and sales team

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, we believe you have a great love for, and an understanding of fashion and trends. You are excellent in communicating and co-ordinating, as well as you have a good level of commercial skills, a flexible approach and enjoys working in a fast phased environment. In addition, you also have a strong salesmanship, the ability to work both independently and in team, and you are a strong brand ambassador.
We'd love to meet someone who
Has a Degree (or equivalent) in economics and/or fashion marketing related
Has a minimum of +3 years' experience in a similar role
Previous experience of working with sales channels and with the production of online content
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proficiency in Google analytics and Microsoft Office programs
Has a strategic mindset and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions
