hela Sverige Are you communicative and influential with experience from working with a remote shared service center? Are you experienced within Accounts Payable and SAP? If so, then we have the perfect assignment for you with our client – an international company based in the northern part of Stockholm!
How might one day at work look like?
As the Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for managing the local source to pay process. You will work together closely with the outsourced accounts payable function to ensure an effective and efficient source to pay process. Tasks include following up specific vendor issues, execute projects and supporting the local business. All to ensure that relevant aspects of the source to pay process are focused on. Furthermore you will:
• Understand policies and procedures related to the source to pay process
• Work with internal and external business partners in order to reiterate existing processes, controls and procedures
• Continuously look for ways to improve the overall efficiency of the source to pay process
Qualifications
• Great management and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience from working with remote shared service centers
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experienced SAP user
• Proven track record from working with all aspects within accounts payable
• Influential skills
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office
