hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Magine i Stockholm We are eagerly searching for a passionate and experiencedAccounts Payable (AP) responsible/Accountantthat will beresponsible for the AP process and perform AP activities on a daily basis. In addition, the role includes various other accounting tasks such as salary booking and revenue accounting.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
• Perform Accounts Payable activities on a daily basis, incl. managing e.g.:
• Receiving, coding and sending of invoices for approval in the approval flow.
• Payment of invoices.
• Supplier data and change log.
• Credit cards and expenses.
• AP queries.
• Performs salary booking and revenue accounting as well as being a back-up for other team members.
• Support month and year end close activities.
• Works proactively to establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles and to ensure compliance/internal control related to the AP process.
• Participates in annual audits.
• Improves procedures and systems and initiates corrective actions.
• Works proactively to avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation in the area of responsibility.
Qualifications and competences:
• Practical accounts payable and accounting experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
Personality:
• Flexible and can adapt quickly, but still with an attention to details.
• Team player - We bet you have heard that one before in a job ad but it's true and oh so important!
Type of Contract:
• Permanent position with probation period.
• As soon as possible.
• Stockholm.
