Swedbank is about to take a technological and functional leap from several legacy and on-premise accounting solutions to Oracle Cloud. You will be part of creating the new solutions together with Swedbank 's experts and Oracles top consultants. The accounting solution is critical for Swedbank's operations, handling a wide range of financial instruments. Your primary work tool will be Oracle Financials Cloud (SaaS).
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Configure the solution to support efficient processes for Finance Operations, including closing process.
• Ensure capabilities for daily application operations, including monitoring and reconciliation.
• Configure accounting rules for a wide range of financial transactions and events in the solution, in collaboration with Accounting experts.
• Create, present and maintain application documentation.
• Ensure business needs are delivered by participation in test.
What is needed in this role:
• Knowledge of financial accounting.
• Interest and knowledge of modern accounting systems, preferably from Oracle.
• Technical interest and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to communicate well in written and oral English.
• Relevant University degree and/or equivalent competence.
