We are now looking for an Advanced Account Manager that can lead our clients into the future. You will report direct to the Division Director Altran Scandinavia. You will work with new and existing client relationships on the assigned accounts, supported by Team Managers, marketing and other sales staff.
The advanced account manager is accountable for the sales on his/her market, growing the accounts year after year. S/he manages a high level of relationship with his/her key stakeholders, internally and externally.
In this role you are expected to:

- Generate leads through active prospection, sales and marketing
- Promote and sell key offers with the support of Solution Managers and Division Director
- Detect, select, prioritize and manage major opportunities to focus on
- Drumbeat the relationship with the client (contract, purchase order, cash collection)
- Ensure client satisfaction and client intimacy, doing client power/influence mapping
- Identify & summarize client needs in terms of resources to power the Strategic Resource Planning
- Use our sales tools to manage and document your work (Salesforce)
- Lead and coach bid teams and sales staff in sales projects
- Create the strategic sales plan for your accounts
- Act according to Altran values Ambition & Care

During your career at Altran, you will learn and develop your skills, but before you join us you should have

- Business Acumen
- Strong sales experience of selling complex solutions, minimum 5 years
- Experience of large industrial organizations and understanding of decision-making in such organizations
- Industry experience, preferably from rail, manufacturing or defense industries in Sweden
- Negotiation skills
- Education: 4 university years' degree or business school
- Fluent English and Swedish
- Interest to develop into a leadership role
