Client Management, Cards, is dedicated to improve customer satisfaction and manage client relationship and focuses on Existing customer relationship management, up-sale to existing customers, CSI, Sales support, Contract management, CRM and Invoicing.
The new Account Manager will report directly to our Head of Client Management Sweden.
Key responsibilities and tasks
• Focus on the Card business to existing and new Swedish banks
• Responsible for set up customer plans with assigned customer to Nets on a strategic as well as operational level on a Nordic level
• Responsible for driving activities with dedicated teams
• Responsible for reporting of business outcome internally and externally
• Define, develop and carry out the customer sales strategies based on the overall cards sales strategy for all defined sales channels
• Sell the services and products within the both Cards and Nets portfolio
• Up sell to assigned customers and attain new customers according to budget
• Drive and follow sales targets agreed with Head of Sales
• Participate in strategic Nordic BID?s for Cards or Corporate Customers
• Accomplish BPO contracts with the customers in area or appointed opportunities
• Coordinate sales activities with Corporate Customers and other business units when relevant
Preferred background and qualifications
• High customer focus
• International experience
• Understanding an insight in local and Nordic Card business
• Strong sales experience combined with market knowledge and customer processes
• Ability to understand the customers? needs and organization, and work strategically with the customers
• Excellent at networking and developing strategic relationships with customers, partners and others
• Ability to relate to a broad specter of challenges across the organization
Experience
• 3-5 years or more of relevant experience
• Broad experience with IT based solutions related to the financial sector
• Excellent knowledge within sales and relationship management
• Experience in dual channel sales models (directly and in partnerships).
