Role overview:
Working as a Mubito A&R Consultant means that you will scour the world for the best and hottest music talent, and ensure that they are signed to Mubito.
You will use your network and your energy to find bands, singers and even small record labels who can benefit from Mubito’s direct-to-consumer platform. The simplest offering is a Mubito website that allows musicians and artists to build a fanclub, sell direct to their fans and save money on designing, producing and managing their website.
This is not a sales role, rather you will be referring artists and labels to Mubito with a special offer that only you are allowed to make - from there our commercial team takes care of the rest for you.
Responsibilities:
• Use your network to find the best and most promising artists to Mubito.
• Log your leads into the Mubito A&R CRM system.
• Make introductions of artists, managers and labels to Mubito.
Experience and personal qualities:
• Actively engaged in the music industry, with a strong network in a specific genre or region.
• A passion for music, with a knack for finding the next big thing.
• You are engaged actively in the web culture.
• Experience from promoting and managing bands.
• Self-starting and hard-working.
• Motivated by financial success and lifestyle.
• Outgoing personality, strong social skills with the ability to influence others.
• Always discovering new bands and artists before everyone else.
Job location:
Anywhere (in the world). You can be located anywhere where music is made and that has the internet :)
