Description
Perido is now searching for a solution-orientated person on our client's 2nd line support with a service minded mentality, and with experience with the products within Microsoft. The company is a well-know company located in the customer's office south ofStockholmwith very good communications routes.
The support is provided via remote tools, such as telephone and on site visits. You will work in a team of 17 people and it is therefore important to be open minded as well as well in both speaking and writing in English as all routines and documents are performed in English. The service offers a variety of assignments regarding handling technological services in operating systems Windows 7 and Windows XP, as well as MS Office and Outlook. Previous knowledge of Adobe product system is also a requirement . The service also requires to be structured and it is also preferable to have knowledge synchronization service and troubleshooting mobile phones. To be appropriate for this service, we believe that you are able to take creative initiatives to be able to solve the situations that occurs in this line of work. Required qualifications
• Knowledge in MS Office and Outlook
• Experience in IT-support
• Good knowledge in Windows 7 and Windows XP
• Wide experience and good knowledge in MS Office and Outlook
• You express yourself well in speech and writing in English
• Drivers license is needed
Meritorious
Knowledge in synchronization and troubleshooting mobile phones
Good knowledge of any case management system, such as ARS Remedy
Contract type and hours
Fulltime, approximately 12 months. Admission as soon as possible.
