Job Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Management Subject Matter Expert to support the Business Unit Global Services and advise HR Business Partners, HR Generalists and Line Managers. The scope will cover all the aspects of Talent Management including: Performance Management & Talent Planning, Leadership & Executive Development, Diversity & Engagement, Leadership Assessments and Early Career Programs.

The Head of Talent Management - BUGS will work in close alignment with other Talent Management SMEs globally. The position is located in Stockholm and you will report to the Head of Talent Management for Business Units/Group Functions and Strategic Projects.

This is an exciting time to join the Talent Management function at Ericsson as we continue our journey to major transformation to globalize processes and solutions for increased effectiveness.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Support solution design and delivery
• Design and run analytics, conduct research and gather benchmarks as needed
• Support the HR Business Partners and HR Generalists with related Talent Management activities and projects
• Run special projects
• Support and contribute to the enhancement of TM tools (e.g. ITM, Dialog Surveys, 360 tools, etc.)

Position Qualifications:

• University Degree or significant direct experience in HR, Talent Management at global scales
• 7+ years of experience in HR/Talent Management, preferably combining both Business Partner and SME roles
• Highly developed knowledge of Talent Management, both in terms of process design and solution deployment
• Proven experience managing global projects and initiatives
• Experience working across regions with multiple requirements and business realities
• Proven experience facilitating business meetings and training at different levels in the organization
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Strong collaborations and consulting skills
• Strong knowledge of business applications (MS Office Suite)
