The School of Health Sciences at Örebro University offers a great range of professional degree programmes at the undergraduate and Master's levels; and at the research level, a number of doctoral study programmes. In addition, an exciting process for development of our study programmes is underway. Research is pursued into people's possibilities and needs in connection with health and disease. Both education and research is undertaken in close cooperation with public healthcare services.

Örebro University and public healthcare provider Region Örebro County are collaborating for the development of the healthcare, research and education offered at Örebro University Hospital and associated healthcare centres in the region. A significant component of this collaboration is the long-standing and fruitful cooperation on education and research shared by the School of Health Sciences, Örebro University, and Region Örebro County. As part of this collaboration, a joint investment is now underway into combined appointments within disciplines where a need for development has been identified.

You will play an important role in developing operations and healthcare, in both theory and practice, at the University but also within Region Örebro County.
