Talent Management Consultant - Talent Effectiveness

GF Human Resources main responsibilities are to

Develop and deploy HR strategy, plans, and policies for Ericsson
Develop strategy, directives, processes and tools for respective functional areas within HR.
Provide global functional expertise and develop functional competence and efficiency.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Management Consultant in the Talent Effectiveness team to support and drive process/solution design and delivery.

Talent Management Consultant - Talent Effectiveness will work in close alignment with Talent Management SME?s globally.

The location for this position is flexible and you will report to the Head of Talent Effectiveness.

This is an exciting time to join the Talent Management function at Ericsson as it embarks on a major transformation to globalize processes and solutions for increased effectiveness.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

You will:

Be responsible for Talent Effectiveness measures, analytics, dash board and reports, including design and demands
Develop and deliver training and communication materials in relation to processes and solutions
Conduct research, gather benchmarks and come with strategic recommendations
Advise and assist the Regional/Business Unit Talent Management Subject Matter Experts as well as the HR Business Partners and HR Generalists with related Talent Management activities and projects
Be responsible for and run special Talent Management projects
Drive demands and enhancements of Talent Management tools (e.g. ITM etc.)

Position Qualifications:

University Degree and relevant experience in HR, Talent Management or consulting roles
Knowledge of Talent Management
Experience working in international projects and initiatives with virtual teams in remote environments
Highly Developed analytical skills
Highly developed knowledge of business applications (MS Office Suite, specifically xls and ppt)
Ability to source and integrate information from multiple sources
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Self-driven, structured and proactive
Strong collaboration and consultative skills
Highly developed written and oral communication skills
