Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a bold, new challenge and opportunity to have high business impact? We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will be driving the people agenda with business leaders and, as the hub between business and COE 's, bring the full capability of the HR to bear in achieving talent, organization and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Diagnostics
You partner and consult with peer HR disciplines on organizational diagnostics and lead the implementation of data-supported plans. You translate data into action, interpreting results of analyses provided by HRBI to identify trends/themes and providing recommendations about organizational strategies
Change Design and Orchestration
You lead change efforts, identifying the need for change and directing the implementation of and adaptation to new or changing structures, cultural change, or programs/processes for an organization. You evaluate internal and external business drivers, environmental factors, risks and benefits to foster change adoption, and collaborate to develop change management strategies.
People Plan
You identify gaps in the current people plan, people programs and tools, and participate in the creation of the people plan for an assigned organization. You also lead the implementation of the holistic people plan (e.g., talent management, leadership effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, culture) for that organization.
Strategic Talent Management
You enable the business to attract, retain and develop world changing talent to achieve business results today and in the future. You play an important role in the development of strategic talent plans aligned with organizational strategy, starting with the identification of talent strengths and needs.
Leadership & Team Performance
You assess and interpret leadership effectiveness and performance data and provide insights, guidance and recommendations based on findings. You identify where change is needed and contribute to the development of interventions to improve leadership and team performance. You take accountability for ensuring capable leaders with the right skills are in the right roles and execute on strategies and action plans to transform leaders and teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Business Acumen
The ability to understand the parts of the business and their interrelationships. This includes skill in understanding the industry, competition, and expected future developments and challenges, the business's competitive strengths and weaknesses, opportunities to grow the business and reduce operating costs
Change Management
The ability to define and implement procedures and/or technologies to deal with changes in the environment. This may include adapting to change, controlling change, and/or affecting change.
Data Analysis
The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyse information, identify implications of data, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative using quality metrics and data.
Leadership Effectiveness
The ability to diagnose, coach and recommend solutions to enable leaders and leadership teams to collaborate and continuously transform themselves and their teams/org to deliver business results.
Organizational Development
Knowledge of organizational behaviour, organizational capabilities and change management, workforce planning and succession planning procedures.
Talent Management
Demonstrated proficiency in talent management strategy development, policy, plan and/or program design and implementation of strategies and offerings that will attract, retain and motivate employees and maximize the profitability of the business.

Required Qualifications
• Proven track record of 7+ years HR Business Partnering in similar matrixed, international, commercial environment
• BS/BA degree, or equivalent required. MBA or MA in HR related field, preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Swedish employment and statutory laws
The candidates we are looking for are fluent in Swedish and English, only candidates with a Swedish work permit already in place will be taken into consideration
The position is going to be based at our clients' Swedish office in Stockholm. We are looking for candidates that are able to start on short notice
