hela Sverige For an international fashion and lifestyle brand for accessories we are looking for a Wholesale Assortment Planner. The company has a forward spirit and big plans ahead. The role is new and you will get the opportunity to develop the role together with the company. The office is centrally located in Stockholm and there is possibility of working from home. The position is full-time.
About the position
This role is key in ensuring that the wholesale assortment delivers great results for our wholesale customers. You will be accountable for working with the sales team to gain insight from customers, along with performance analysis to build the best range possible with retail execution in mind
You will provide insight for the business regarding wholesale performance and recommendation of trading actions. If you love to work cross functionally this is a great role for you as you will work with teams across Ecommerce, Marketing, Wholesale, Product and Supply Chain Operations.
Responsibilities
• Assortment Planning:
Review previous wholesale performance
Gather feedback from the sales team and retail partners regarding forthcoming space changes and range optimisation opportunities
Build a core assortment for retail, with retail execution at front of mind
Identify seasonal opportunities to drive incremental sales in wholesale and build a go to market plan for seasonal opportunities
Support the sales team in gathering wholesale forecasts to feed into the overall demand forecast
Work with the sales team to create planograms for retailers
Support retailer queries including image requests etc
• Maximise Profit:
Use retailer sell out data to understand sell through and recommend to sales team where we may want to work with retailers to drive sales
Manage stock rotation windows with retailers in conjunction with the sales team
• Performance Review:
Use retailer sell out data in conjunction with Ideal of Sweden sell in data to understand performance and stock levels in wholesale
Use sell out data to create proposals for trading actions
Development of reports in Qlik to provide insight into business performance and guide decision making
• Support trading execution:
Support the sales team with collation of sales orders for processing by the operations team
• Manage Pricing:
Create wholesale trade price lists in conjunction with the sales team
Your profile
• 3 + years of work experience minimum in similar roles
• Highly analytical and numerate but with a curious mindset
• A team player with great communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Qlik or similar BI tools
• Highly capable Microsoft Excel user
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ideally degree educated in business or similar
