Titel: Wheel Business Area Manager
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Job: Responsible to oversee the Wheel business unit, in order to maximize profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values.
Principal duties:
• Develops a global business plan for all market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Evaluates actual distribution network. Makes proposal for new distributor(s) or new distribution format
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans
• Conducts one-on-one review with general managers and in some case distributors to build more effective communications
• Provides feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Maintains accurate records on POC and competitors of all pricings, sales, and marketing support
Roles and relationships:
• Insures that all subsidiaries and distributors meet or exceed POC standards for retail network, customer service, marketing, planning the business, prospecting, product presentations and trade shows
• Conducts regular coaching and counseling with general managers and distributors to build motivation, there organization, working habits and selling skills
• Maintains contact with business partners, in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Works closely with the product development and marketing team to participate in the new products development as well as launching strategy
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• Strong understanding of bike market dynamics
• Extensive experience in sales management and proven leadership to drive international sales teams.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
• Multi lingual function: English is essential. One other languages (Spanish, German or French) is an asset.
