Being data-driven is at the core of our brand and we are now investing heavily in our data and analytics capabilities. We are offering an opportunity for an analytically-minded web data enthusiast to join our Stockholm-based Data Analytics team, reporting into our Head of Data Analytics. You will be an integral part of helping Kambi reach the growth targets set up for the coming years by maximizing the value of our data, contributing to raising the data maturity of the business and driving insight-led decision making.
Your responsibilities will be to:
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, primarily the Product Development function, to understand their goals and requirements
• Provide stakeholders with impactful, actionable insights that drive business decisions through visualizations or dashboard
• Responsible for analysing users' behaviour & engagement on the website
• Advise on definition & implementation of company-wide metrics
• Engage creative thinking to develop analytical opportunities proactively
• Contribute to internal and external process optimisation, collaborating with stakeholders
• Identify opportunities where data and analysis can make a positive impact
• Collaborate with other intelligence and research departments across the business to deliver holistic solutions
Skills and experience:
• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Knowledge of tag management tools (Google Tag Manager)
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Data Studio, Looker, etc.)
• Experience with A/B testing and Personalisation is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel - data manipulation and working with large data sets
• Experience with BigQuery is a significant plus
• Experience working closely with stakeholders, translating their requirements into actions
• Previous experience of delivering independent and collaborative research projects is a plus
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tools
We think the successful candidate has:
• Bachelor's degree in analytical field, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, ect,
• High proficiency in English
• Strong analytical mind and a passion for application of data
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical minded colleagues
• Positive attitude towards challenges and proactively solving problems
