Your Mission
As the Vice President of Sales & India Operations you will be responsible for managing and growing Truecaller efforts and unique Ad offering into the leader in its industry as well as overseeing our India Operations.You are responsible for identifying key client, industry, vertical and agency relationships that will optimize the Ad Revenues. In your role you will also mentor, train and improve the work process and efficiency of the sales team.
You are a hands-on and down-to-earth senior level interactive advertising sales professional to lead our Sales Team in India. The role will report directly to CCO at Truecaller HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and support multiple lines of business inside the company.
Your skills:
You have:
Proven experience with conceptualizing digital and integrated ideas and writing or directing proposals for major accounts.
A solid understanding of account planning/strategic planning in an advertising agency or digital media property.
The ability to structure deals and develop strong client relationships
The ability to find new verticals and develop future potential ad products
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Experience working in a fast paced, constantly evolving, team environment within rapid growth companies
An entrepreneurial and creative approach to business and business development
The ability to be extremely detailed oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong success with building teams and leading by example
Detailed understanding of search, display and affiliate advertising
Proven ability to work with product development and engineering teams
Exceptional negotiating and deal management skills
Strong ad operations, statistical analysis and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and develop skillsets within teams
Min. 7-10 years of experience working in media sales with 3-5 years of recent interactive sales management experience
