hela Sverige We are currently seeking a Sales Support to our HQ office in Sundbyberg. Your main task will be first line contact for potential clients and partners, monitoring and managing of new incoming leads as well as manage daily administrative sales tasks. This position is a temporary post for at least 1 year.
• Monitoring, managing and distribution of incoming leads
• Make first contact by e-mail or phone, conduct basic need analysis and propose appropriate configuration and offering to distributor or end client in
consultation with Applications Engineers department and Regional Sale Manager when needed.
• Continuously follow up on leads, new opportunities, and ongoing sales.
• Managing incoming tendering inquires, including supporting documents quotations.
• Support Regional Sales Manager, EMEA on compilation and monthly monitoring of forecast from partners and together investigate, seek and compile
potentially important markets and prospects for future sales development
• Minimum 5 year's experience of B2B /International Sales
• Interest in technical solutions and instruments, preferably related to geophysics
• Strong organizational skills, service minded and a quick to learner
• Very good communication and social skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Package and other administrative systems
• Fluent in English and Swedish language, both oral and written. Another third language is a merit.
We are looking for a candidate with strong sales and organizational skills who likes to have a direct commercial impact on the business. You will deal with many international customers and distributors, primarily through e-mails and phone calls daily. We prefer that you can work independently as well as you easy cooperate with your colleagues. To succeed in this role, you need to be flexible, curious and business orientated. Ability to travel internationally occasionally is expected in this role.
