We believe that our ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing and supply chain background in a global environment, as well as a successful track record from global leadership positions where your people management skills have made a true difference. You're skilled in working with organizational development and change management in a global arena, and your experience includes the relevant knowledge to identify and drive business success factors. A relevant technical or business degree is beneficial, and you must be fluent in English, while knowledge of Swedish is a definite advantage.
We recognize and value your passion and personality, combined with the ability to lead change and engage stakeholders. You have strong leadership abilities and believe that teams and networks are key to produce results and success. You act with integrity and are genuinely engaged in leading and inspiring people in a matrix environment, showing leadership based on coaching and communication. You steadily build trust and commitment in the organization and understand the value of diversity and inclusion to build high performing teams. Through not hesitating when making decisions, even in times of uncertainty, and with a business minded attitude, you set ambitious targets, deliver on promises and follow through.
