Role Overview
The HR Director will be member of the Swedish management team and responsible for providing the face of HR to the business and support the commercial agenda from a people aspect - developing the people strategy to assist in delivering business and organisational objectives.
Role Responsibility
Member of the Swedish management team with ownership and management of all people programmes for Sweden.
Provide strategic HR guidance to the business in decisions that impact people, our client services, gather HR requirements and ensure the people agenda is delivered by the management team.
Build influential relationships with the management team, contributing to all aspects of the business, interpreting their needs with people programmes and projects that ensure the business elicit maximum employee engagement and effectiveness.
To lead and participate in business change.
To be an active and contributing leader to the Swedish HR team.
Represent and being one of the spokes persons for Capgemini externally.
Personal Profile
Academic degree and several years of experience in leading strategic HR work on an HR Director- / HR Manager level.
Experience from technology services and strong understanding of a people and IT oriented business.
People leadership experience; leader & leader of leaders.
Experience from handling media and being a spokes person.
Strong team-working, networking and influencing skills.
Proven delivery track record and commercial awareness.
Focused on execution, confident, strategic thinking self starter.
Ability to manage the matrix and work with some degree of ambiguity.
Fluent in English.
Location
Stockholm, applications from anywhere in Europe will be considered.
The successful candidate must be very flexible and fully mobile.
