How does your day look as a Training Manager?

You will manage the team of line of business trainers, making sure that they have the training they need to do their job and that they are delivering the training requirements, living up to BEST T&D and COPC processes.

You will attend the weekly management meetings and have the responsibility to escalate all training related issues. You will attend all training evaluation meetings with HR going through the whole onboarding process of new employees and ensure that the quality of the training is living up to the expected standards. Handling all incoming training requests from the client and OPS is a responsibility alongside ensuring up-training of employees, identifying knowledge gaps on the project and addressing the training needs. Besides this you will need to ensure that all employees on the project are trained in the minimum skills requirements. On a Training process-level you will be responsible for the Nordic region of the program ensuring that Training is aligned and living up to BEST T&D and COPC. Occational traveling will occur.



What profile are we looking for?

- Pedagogical

Main skills and requirements:

- Proven experience in training customer service (communication, call dialogue, sales techniques, systems training etc.).
- At least one year of working in a management or team leader position within customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office package: Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal and native in at least one Nordic language
- Administration skills



Desired Requirements

- Experience in Customer Experience projects.
- Experience in working with COPC or similar best practice processes.
- Proficient in more than one Nordic language.
